Cari Hotel di Swain County

"We have stayed here may times over the years. They are very clean, well maintained, up to date. The staff is always extremely friendly. They are walking distance to many local shops and restaurants"

"Staff was rude, not helpful at all, had an attitude until the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Front desk person had no clue if they had lids for the ice buckets at first then turned around and said they don't provide them How nasty is that to not have something covering ice that goes into your mouth or something you want to drink I'm handicapped and need to take medicine twice a day with 6 oz of milk Every other hotel I have stayed in and no issue providing me that since they...

"I liked the serenity of the location. I booked the Indian Creek cabin for a weekend and it was more than I expected. We weren't far from anything. The Casino and the malls are all about five minutes away from the cabin. I actually proposed to my fiancé there. We will be returning."

"Clean room, quiet, and rivet view."

"Needs more parking or assigned parking"

"If you're looking for bells and whistles keep driving. If you want a comfortable bed with a great view of river and a central location to all of the attractions this is the place. Older property with, to my understanding, only two people trying to maintain it. The nice young lady that checked us in also does housekeeping while one young man tries his best to maintain the place. So be patient and dont expect the Ritz. Only complaint is the sliding back door in our room wouldn't close all the way...

"Clean and continental breakfast was better. No one at the desk when you need them"

"I think I answered all your questions."

"The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our babymoon! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was incredible and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Our hosts were truly exceptional — so kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The fresh-made breakfast every morning was such a special touch and something we looked forward to each day. We also loved having access to all of the resort’s amenities and really appreciated...

"Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

"We stayed one night at Two Rivers Lodge while exploring the Smokies, and it was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a simple, no-frills place, which is exactly what we like. The highlight was the covered seating area right by the river, a great spot to relax at the end of the day. It was too warm for a fire while we were there, but I can picture it being perfect on a cool night. We'd happily stay again."

"The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an...
