"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...

"Vue magique sur le lac depuis notre chambre, magnifique demeure avec son très beau parc. Accès au lac très facile pour aller nager. Chambre spacieuse impeccable. Nous avons profitez du restaurant sur place : plats raffinés délicieux. Belle adresse à recommander !"

"Very cool hotel. Glass everywhere, so you get great views pretty much wherever you are. Many doorknobs and chandeliers are made with everyday objects which was funky and fun. When we arrived in our room, our luggage was already there after dropping off earlier in the day, and we had 2 chocolates and a mini prosecco on ice awaiting us.
I enjoyed the spa but can see why some folks don't. Even if you're not into the pods (which were much more like an interactive art exhibit with meditative...

"Un très bel hôtel, rénové avec beaucoup de gout, très confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement agencées; Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est particulièrement agréable et à été attentif à toutes nos demandes. l'emplacement de l'hôtel est également particulièrement adapté pour découvrir la vie du village d'Adelboden, les commerces et restaurants sont à 150m de l'hôtel, tout peut se faire à pied sans difficulté."
