Cari Hotel di Distrik Sylhet

"Great all round star hotel and resort with multiple facilities"

"The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning. I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution. I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"El hotel es muy céntrico, limpio su personal es bien atento."

"I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. "Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, "

"Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. "

"This was our first time in Bangladesh and the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. The hotel room and everything was excellent. The front desk staff were always available when we needed something. Overall, our experience was very good. Thank you !!"

"Clean, great location, and very friendly staff. Overall excellent for the price paid. Recommend and will stay again. "

"Hotel rooms was old and unhygienic"

" We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel — Al Ebraj Hotel — which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked. Regards, M. Khan "
