"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."

"Our stay at Nirjhara was amazing! We booked the jungle pool pavilion room and it was quite literally perfection. From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. "No hot water in our bathroom. No transport in the area, so basically stuck at the hotel. The room itself was quite nice, and the view from the balcony was great. The thermal hot springs were enjoyable. Staff tried hard and were friendly."
