The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Gave us excellent restraunt recommendations and there is parking available that is easy to access from the property. The coffee shop is amazing and everything is right within walking distance. Definitly recommend staying at this hotel when you're in the area."

"The hotel was lovely and I would have given it a higher rating if there was a coffee makers in the suite so you didn’t have to get dressed and walk to the reception area to fetch coffee only to find they ran out and had to make more. No food was available on Mondays either. The Willa suite was great and we enjoyed the fire pit on the patio after we brought in comfy chairs from the pool area."

"If you are new to Santa Fe, you definitely need to use Maps, Waze or another GPS to get there. The property is a couple blocks off the main road and one block in, it is a quiet area. We had a large room with king bed plus a sitting area, small fridge and control of a/c. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Nice continental breakfast with vegetarian and meat quiches. Very enjoyable stay."

"My wife and I were traveling, we stayed in 11 motels during our trip, Ponderosa was by far the best. We were totally satisfied with the room, the staff, it was just a perfect night. The scenery was awesome, and we thought the price was way more than reasonable, just an awesome place. if you are driving through Red River, I would recommend staying there."

"The room was clean. The shower was very small. The light on building right outside our window made it very difficult to fall asleep, even with the blinds closed it was bright inside the room. No furniture to sit on to watch tv."
