"The room was ok. Outdated. The problem is that I felt unsafe. I left a day before due to this. If u are traveling by yourself be very aware. At night as I enter the elevator via a dark corridor two man tried to stop the elevator and enter. I felt very uneasy. No staff was around. I got off the elevator once they enter. Again no security."

"The beds are very comfortable. There was no complimentary shampoo or body lotion which I expect from a 4 star hotel. I also expect a glass rather than a paper cup in my room from a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good"

Other than a restaurant and the souvenir shops the amenities were minimal but very appropriate for the main focus of the location, the Sanctuary to Our Lady of Lourdes and the needs of the visiting pilgrims. Very centric and walking distance to the grotto."
