"酒店環境很好，大堂員工很多大會英文，但有一個專人翻譯，房間很乾淨，由於這裡早晚溫差大，若有暖氣就更好，我們住的時候晚上很冷，沒有蚊咬。但夏天這裡會很多蚊，因很多花草，自助早餐有熱有冷不錯。晚上也上此晚餐也不錯，環境好食物也可以價錢唔貴。SPA則要改善，價錢不平但無暖氣，洗澡室只有一個，還有毛巾係濕，以這個價錢應要大大改善SPA的設施"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royal Kalaw Hills Resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is excellent and the service was personal and everyone was very attentive. Chozin, who manages the resort was particularly helpful and I could always count on her to help me in many capacities. Her English skills are very good and she was able to help tremendously. "La struttura è gestita da una grande famiglia che ai adopera al meglio per far si che tutto funzioni perfettamente. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre presente. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose dotate di tutto il necessario. La colazione è ottima varia con scelte anche non salate. La posizione è ottima: vicino al centro cittadino ma in una via laterale silenziosa e poco trafficata. Sono messi a disposizione 2 bagni con doccia anche per chi come noi ha il bus notturno....
