"Alain/Alan was helpful & spoke good English explaining entry/exit etc when reception unmanned. He helped arrange secure parking @ their companion hotel (€15) a short walk away. Room was small and dark but clean with no wardrobe or storage apart from a table and up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast was €8.50 and decent, served @ the busy bar below. Lovely location too."

"Beautiful, quiet hotel on a side street very close to the Grande Rue which leads directly to many attractions in Nancy. The only hiccup I encountered was in trying to get a taxi back to the train station. No cars available even 30 minutes before I needed one. The hotel staff came to the rescue, though, and gave me a ride in a private vehicle. Good on Hotel de Guise, boo on the local taxi services!"

"Most of the staff were great, room was a bit small and the extra bed (couch) was really to hard ro sleep on. So we booked an extra room dor our son. His room was quite cool, not like our room. Our room was warm and humid. We asked if they could put on th airco instead of the ventilator modus. The guy at the desk told us that he could not change that and that there was no technician in the hotel to fix it. And we couldn't get another cooler room. So we didn't sleep well at all. "Great Location....5 min walk from Train Station...Very clean though typical European small rooms....Excellent Breakfast ...The Best part though was the Excellent and Attentive front desk Staff who also provided Bar and food service at Nite...I would especially like to commend Fadela, Fakhrieh, and Nicole .
