"Helpful staff, everything works."

"Property was comfortable and clean. We got there to find out that the pool and hot tub was closed for renovations. I would have liked to have known that before arriving. 5 dollar breakfast was good for the money."

"Upon arrival on Tuesday after traveling all day the young gentleman that checked me in was not very inviting. He stands behind a plastic barrier ( COVID is over, or is there that much security needed)and speaks which is hard to understand. Next day needed extra key (Wednesday) and was met with middle aged man who couldn't be more friendly. However really enjoyed the cabin."

"The bathroom in our room was too compact and shouldn’t have to walk into the bathroom when you walk into a nice room when you enter. And being in separate buildings from the pool/spa and breakfast area is an inconvenience at times. But the rest of the experience was amazing and will recommend this hotel to family and friends. "Check in was a nightmare! Took 45 minutes on the phone with someone out of state to get checked in!!!! To watch tv make sure to have your login information for your own accounts or you are out of luck. Dirty towels and trash in the waste basket from the last guest. "

"Really nice place that was super conveniently located to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. We had a great stay and Andrea provided really great service and was just super nice. My wife and I commented several times that it really felt like we were staying in a friend's guest house, as everything was so inviting. Free laundry was a real bonus for us after having spent 5 nights on the road. We had an upstairs room with a balcony - it was a large room with a good kitchenette. Highly...
