"Everything you could expect from a solid 5 star hotel. Great service great breakfast. Good rooms etc etc.
This hotel is up a steep hill and you need to climb to get to your rooms. If you have arthritis or lung or hear condition it might not be the hotel for you. There is a shuttle that will take you around but you have to wait for it. Nai thon beach has a steep drop off into the ocean and the waves have some force. "Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly.
