Cari Hotel di Kota Praja Norwood Payneham and St Peters

"Disappointing Stay, Poor Cleanliness and Service Our family’s stay at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites was very disappointing. The room had worn-out sofas and chairs, a blocked bathroom sink that was only fixed on the second day, and an unclean floor drain. Despite this, we were not offered another room due to claimed unavailability. The reception staff were also unfriendly. What made it worse was finding a letter warning of a $325 deep-cleaning charge if the room was not kept clean, while the...

"Room was really comfortable and cosy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking available next door in a public park, staff advised they could take a payment but thought it was cheaper to pay directly at the park, but unfortunately when I got down to leave the parking lot charged me $53 for an overnight stay. So my only suggestion would he to pay the hotel for parking. Otherwise, great location, clean, comfy and modern hotel. Would stay again."

"Staff were able to satisfy all my requests and changd plans. Great location."

"The location and view from our room was great."

"Lovely modern hotel with beautiful furnishing inside the room. Thoughtful inclusions included O&B bath and body products, T2 for adults and packets of crisps for the kids. Filtered water available in the hallway was great too. Would stay again. Room does not have a microwave though so could be a challenge for longer trips if expecting to prepare some simple meals in the room yourself."

"Central location and well maintained property"

"The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time."

"For a quick work trip stay, ideal with the amenities and quick travel access around the city. Parking can easily be found in the streets and even free after 5 PM. The staff is helpful and the property is clean and all very new so makes your stay comfortable. There’s a business lounge with two desks if you’re working there as well. Great for short stays!"

"Very nice location and nice service! Highly recommended!"

"Friendly, bubbly staff. Beautiful pool and very clean room. Thanks for a nice stay over a very busy October long weekend!"
