Cari Hotel di Dewan Daerah The Hills

"Property was well located and relatively clean and practical. Breakfast was well organised for a buffet and clearly indicated what was available I.e. one barista coffee. Only down side is the car park is very tight for car spaces and getting in and out of you have a big car."

My only issue was when I told the front desk staff that the gym water cooler wasn't working, and asked if they could do something about it, the gentleman simply said no and went into detail on how he could not help me. Thankfully a more experienced staff member intervened and offered me a bottle of water to help me through my workout. The only other thing is they charge $14 for parking in...

"Very close to everything, bed was comfortable and room was spotlessly clean"

"Unfortunately found a few black hairs in the shower and one in my bed"

"The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day of travelling. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout – they went out of their way to answer questions and make sure everything was sorted. Wi-Fi was excellent – fast and reliable the whole time, which was perfect for work and streaming. Parking was easy and convenient, right on site with plenty of space. Overall a solid stay with great value. Would happily recommend and stay again."
