Cari Hotel di Thiruvallur

"Good location, grand hotel but the service members should be a bit more personable with visitors. They are formal but that making visitors feel special is a quality that needs developed more. Also there was an incident that happened to me in the night with a malfunctioning ac unit in the bedroom but no further calls were provided to apologize for the inconvenience from their part. A star hotel like them is expected to do better. They need customer liaisons that address any issues that happen...

"Perfect hotel , perfect staff , very clean , very nice hotel.Fully recomend it."

"Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a fantastic view from the top floor. Unfortunately, the Soma Lounge was a little...

"I had a very good stay. Ministry of Chutney’s was excellent. The staff here were very professional and took pride in their work."

"Taj Connemara has a unique ambience. The history of the buildings and the beautiful established gardens combine with friendly and efficient staff to make me reluctant to leave."

"Great staff and excellent amenities. Front desk communication may need some improvement."

"Great breakfast Kind staff Comfortable Accomodation Enjoyed staying here"

"They had complimentary breakfast, the room service was super fast. Staff was super friendly. Love this place"

"The staff has been very helpful and goes that extra mile to make your stay most comfortable and accommodate the special request as much as they can. Worth mentioning services provided by Ms. Meryl, Mr. Saravanan, Ms. Oxendrila, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Keith, Mr. Prabhakaran, Ms. Soundarya, Mr. Thomson, Mr. Jagan beat my expectations. Thanks Only improvement I would suggest is response/actions to the requests placed via phone. I had to do multiple follow up at couple of instances."

"The service was exemplary! The food was consistently excellent! Especially at the Chap Chaay and Above Sea Level restaurants. If anything the property is starting to look a little dated and needs maintaining .. the carpet in the room was stained and old but didn’t bother me that much. Overall I would stay here again."

"Excellent stay"

"We went there since my mum was getting operated and needed a room nearby. My flight got delayed, they were extremely accommodating in checking in my dad, eventhough I was the cardholder. I did call and let them know about my flight delay. The food was great and room spacious. Staff friendly and courteous."

"While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it."
