"We booked this hotel for our anniversary expecting a luxury experience, and while our room was comfortable, the pool area was beautiful, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful, the overall stay fell far short of the price point. Our experience at the Gastrobar terrace completely ruined the trip, the service was atrocious, we were repeatedly ignored, and when I asked for a menu, I was rudely told to sit back down. On one evening, a waiter named Juan Carlos actually scolded us in Spanish...
