"Front desk staff were extremely sweet and easy to work with. They helped to book our transportations and even our tours. Our rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people I just wish the kitchen had a wider selection of meals The view from the pool was immaculate"

"The property really focuses on health and wellness. The food is all nutritious and healthy and a good variety of options for their breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and ours had a pull up bar. They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option. The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping....

"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

Despite assurances it was being sorted it never was. We were promised a direct contact from the manager which also never came nor after leaving contact details at checkout. "Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels."

"I want my money back. I was sold s place that was beach front ,nkt a half mile away from the beach. They didnt even have curtains at my room so I was up at 6am because of the sunlight. Bad bad experience. I tried to move rooms to their closer to the beach unit, but they gad no openings I felt that I was lied to ...complete scam"
