We stayed here last week and had an amazing time in tivat, the apartments themselves were great . It was clean and too a good standard, also the two ladies that worked at the apartments were very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. However there are a few things to note about the beach club. When booking the apartments/ resort it was marketed heavily around the beach club. The first thing was that breakfast was included without a drink, this meant you had to pay which was fine, but we ended up paying 12 euro for two small orange juices which were less than half of that everywhere else. Also as a heads up there isn’t anything else included at the beach club you have to pay 50 euro for a sunbed which we found it was cheaper to go elsewhere, the staff there are rude and didn’t seem to care that you were staying in the apartments it felt like a whole different place. We didn’t feel welcome like we did with the apartments, when we asked for a menu the women looked as if we had asked her to walk to Croatia and back to get one and then just shoved it in our faces. I would recommend the beach club down the road as it was a lot more friendly and cheaper as well as a lot more quiet too. Overall though we were very pleased with the apartment side of things so if your not interested in the beach club I’d 100% recommend staying here.

I want my money back. I was sold s place that was beach front ,nkt a half mile away from the beach. They didnt even have curtains at my room so I was up at 6am because of the sunlight. Bad bad experience. I tried to move rooms to their closer to the beach unit, but they gad no openings I felt that I was lied to ...complete scam

False ADVERTISING ! Don't use The Waikiki Beach Resort Pictures thats disgraceful and misleading! Make a nice entrance to the apartments and take a picture of that. Explain how close and far the apartments are from the actual beach and food place. I was not happy that even though the apartments are opposite about 3mins from the beach please stop using the picture of those beach day beds as if thats what people see when they are at the apartments. The apartments are wedged between a house and very nice restaurant called Rustico meaning you open your window and you are facing a car park and lane that leads to the beach. This was so disappointing! It does not help that if you order with breakfast you have to walk about 6minutes to the Waikiki Beach Resort. They will NOT allow you to sit on the day beds , without paying 20Euro per day per bed and 5Euro for each umbrella. In most hotels this is complimentary for hotel residents. The apartments are not half bad but please let residents know there might be a power cut so they get prepared. Thanks for the emergency light, it helped to keep us calm. Always start sending messages to the residents and don't wait for us to hunt for you. Please check on the furniture and keep it international standard please, ripped sofas don't give a good look. The room was okay in terms of size , it had a little balcony with chairs , table and a washing line, that was good! It has a little kitchenette & in the apartment.
