"If you book with Expedia, please make a pay attention to your booking. The hotel does not necessarily pay full attention when we checked them we were put into the wrong room until we were able to catch it. The spa was amazing a bit dated, but overall the services were really great. The food was great as well. Service was great. Overall the Internet was terrible. The junior suite was comfortable, however a bit dated if the Internet had worked and the hotel have been kept up-to-date. It would’ve...

"The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice....
