"Lovely room, get a beachfront one! Great restaurant, pool smaller than you'd think from pics. Lots of seaweed on beach and in the water, not great for swimming but maybe this isn't always a thing. Great pier to relax on. Full moon was a fabulous time to be on the beach"

"The resort is building a new event center (metal construction), new pool bathrooms as well as remodeling rooms. All the constructions make it very unpleasant to stay around the pool and also the beach. The rooms that are not remodeled are very dated and overpriced! Due to the algae in the water it is not pleasant to swim in the water. The staff were friendly but not very competent! Avoid this resort if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation but even without the construction, we would not go...

"Mariposa was a peaceful retreat. We stayed in one of the tree houses and enjoyed reading on the deck in the hammock in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and did a great job making it feel like home for the week."

"Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! The grounds are meticulously cared...

"Fine little place, best price on the beach. Unfortunately right next door to a late night bar which literally makes the walls vibrate. The good news is Julia’s discloses this upfront and sadly the bar is overstepping their allotted noise time. Bad for the other businesses around them. I ended up moving out after one night. "

"This was our second winter trip to the Turtle Inn. We were delayed by a blizzard and arrived 3 days late, but it was such a welcome relief to get there. Can't say enough about how we enjoy this magical place. Staff was top notch, food was excellent, and the massage! Oh the massage. It made us forget about the 39" of snow back home.
