"Lovely room, our TV wasn’t working but the staff came up very quickly to repair it while we went out to a concert. "

"The staff were amazing; helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean with access to everything i needed. My only note is the small fridge could have been cooler. Otherwise, perfect for my needs. "

"I requested twin beds twice – once online beforehand and again in person at check-in – but I was given a double bed. The cleaning was shoddy, and dust and mold were noticeable. Sometimes they wouldn't change the bed sheets. I will absolutely not stay here again."
