"The stay at the resort was very enjoyable. If you book through Orbitz, please call the property and make sure they got your reservation. They had not received ours, but fortunately had a room for us. The room was very large and clean. The whole resort needs a general make-over, as the facility is a bit dated and used (wallpapers, paints, windows, door locks, showers, etc.), but you can see that this hotel still has a lot of prestige. "This property was wonderful! The rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave. There was a Kuerig coffee machine with plenty of coffee and tea choices also on the property. The property also has a washer and dryer. If you are ever in Hancock, NY I highly recommend staying here! 10/10!!"
