"The location was good and the price was reasonable. The scrambled eggs and chicken sausage at breakfast were room temperature at best. Not kept hot for consumption. At 3:21am, we were awoken by what sounded like heavy footsteps in the building, loud enough to wake us and keep us awake for the 45 minutes it persisted. Not sure of the source."

"Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. "

"Amazing location in one of the most beautiful areas in the Northeast! Mini Lodge is beautiful! Nice little hiking trails right on the property are magical. Our room was very comfortable and had views of the Gunks, as well as a beautiful grassy area with fire pits and yard games. Loved it and will stay here again!"

"Tiny shower and toilet. Sink was outside the small bathroom which was nothing like we had ever stayed in. No drinking glasses in the room. We had to go to the coffee station in the lobby to get cardboard cups.. No apologies for this. The overhang to the front entrance was badly damaged and looked as though it had been like that for some time. The breakfast was stale bagels and weak coffee. Never again! I recommend this place to no one!"
