"There were many aspects of my stay that I truly enjoyed. The beach view was wonderful, and I really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. Additionally, the continental breakfast was a great feature, and your staff members were very friendly and welcoming. However, I did feel that the rooms could be better cleaned and updated. "The rooms are by far the smallest I've stayed in since a micro-boutique hotel in DC. The place tries hard but is hardly worth the premium rate that they charge by at least $100. Parking and property access is a mess. They sent us to Settler's Inn in Hawley for breakfast. Nice place - staying there next time."

"The loft room was clean, modern decor, newly renovated, bed was very comfortable. The only negative is there was no elevator to get to the loft room - wooden steps were pretty steep especially if you have luggage to carry up. If you are choosing room 1 above the common area I would first inquire if the wifi/tv is working. It wasn’t working for me. Krista and Graham were very accommodating in trying to troubleshoot the issue. They apologized and suggested I move to another room. I accepted...

"The host Mary was warm, welcoming and inviting. The beds were super comfy and the room was beautiful. Very close to Bethel Woods if you’re going to see a concert. Mary is an excellent Baker and would definitely recommend staying here if in the area."

"Loved the charm and peaceful, family oriented cabin and property. People with families as well as couples. Sitting on thier porches, grilling food, kids playing, but never disturbing. We only stayed one evening and had to continue on to Boston, but I wish we could have stayed at a place like this instead of a hotel around Boston that was twice the price."

"We reserved a room for 3 people, but upon arrival they told us they did not have a room for 3 and very gracefully solved the problem by accommodating us in a property next door, while still offering us the breakfast we paid off. It was a bit disappointing to stay in the property next door, since it was not as nice as what we reserved but we thanked they resolved the issue and we did not have to find last minute accommodations somewhere else."
