"My day was pretty good. I’d say everything is was a 10 out of 10. The only thing I had trouble with was the staff at the front one checking in she gave a little bit of attitude, but God bless her, and there were some problems with the shower head, the water wasn’t coming out correctly, but honestly, I Was just grateful that there was water coming out at least and on the bottom of the tub there is spots red spots. I’m guessing they are permanent, but that made me a little bit uneasy, Also, a lot of small face cloths but besides that everything else was cool."

"I like that this hotel is close to the highway and the staff at check-in was amazing. They were super friendly and helpful! I did not like that one of the “clean” handovers had a long, dark hair on it that did not belong to me along with some stains. This is very gross. "

"We travelled from Florida to Albany for a family funeral and Comfort Inn & Suites hotel accommodations were amazing. The queen double suite was very spacious and clean and the beds were super to sleep in. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of favorite foods and the buffet was kept very clean. We had a pleasant stay given the circumstances for our visit."

"In addition to being safe, clean, quiet, and peaceful, Hyatt Place staff are especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I have already scheduled my next stay for another few nights. I have traveled a fair amount and stayed in countless hotels. Hyatt Place is one of the few where I felt as comfortable or at home as one might in any hotel or away from home. In particular, some of the professional and personable staff who were notably kind, attentive, and hospitable I would like to name and recognize: Anjali, Dee Dee, and Lanayah at the front desk provided me such assistance consistent with the hotel and its inviting ambience and management. Also, the bartender Chris was equally congenial and pleasant. I had a delicious hamburger and beverage upon arrival, and Chris and I had a friendly, truly enjoyable exchange, talking casually, exchanging pleasantries as I relished my food and drink, relaxed, and replenished myself at the wonderful bar in the lounge. I highly recommend Hyatt Pace for lodging and enjoying your stay in Albany."
