"For the price that we paid for the room it was a good deal. The bed was clean. They had recently done some upgrades. They put in a new floor stuff like that. I mean, if you’re looking for a super five star perfect hotel it’s not the place, but if you’re looking for a clean bed and a decent room for an affordable price also the staff was amazing. Super friendly helped us out late at night just so we could even charge our phones if we come back to Albany for another concert. I have no problem...

"The hotel was filthy dirty, there people outside smoking, the hallways smell like marijuana , I arrived there at 5pm, I was running late for an event, did not have time to inspect the rooms fully. I placed my bag in the room and ran out by 6pm. Upon returning, I was greeted by a cockroach coming out of the room, when I went inside there was another in front of the door. I started to inspect the room, I found a plastic bag with a plate inside of the microwave. I called the front desk no one...

"I would not ever choose to stay here again. The hotel had an outdated and dirty feeling overall. We had a pillow on our bed thay was dirty and my husband found a disposable mouth guard in his fitted sheet. Our faucet was super strong and shot water everywhere. We walked by the pool and there was lots of trash. Around 11pm we had kids knocking on our door and then running away. The breakfast was subpar."

"The room was fine no issues. My only concern is the staff. Checking in late evening the person at the counter was very rude. Instead of good evening how can I help you. I got “What do you want”? When I said I’d like to check in I got I’ll be with you in a bit as she walked away. Definitely not a warm welcome from start to finish. Morning counter staff was no better.
