After an hour, still no Kleenex. I called again. Later, a handful of napkins were delivered. I gave up at that point."

"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"Spectacular views, the room was small. Requests needed to be made in order to have your room made up. This was the first time for no service, unless requested. For the price per night I found this lacking. But the view was Spectacular, room was clean and compact. 13 minute walk to Casino and Restaurants. Enjoyed a steak dinner in their in house steak restaurant. Excellent."

"Our room wasn’t vaccumed. There was a dirty shirt behind the bed. And the one bed was broken in the past and they used 3 pieces of angle iron and plywood to “fix” it, the angle iron was sticking out the side by about 6” and my self and several of my party have been cut, scratched, and bruised by it. I had to put my sandals over them to avoid anyone getting hurt if walked into them again. Also the cleaner left a dirty rag on the steps of the bunk bed "

I requested to change rooms the next day, but the staff said there was nothing available. The room was clean, but it was not soundproof. We could hear footsteps and the shower from the room above us, as well as people getting ice or drinks from the vending machine, since our room was right next to it. The...
