"When we arrived at 3;30 workers were banging and drilling to change door locks in Delameter House. When we returned at 8pm, we couldn’t get the key to work in our door. I call the front desk on my cell. No one answered. My husband finally got the door open. In the room, there were no plugs near the bed to charge phones, there was a light over one bed, but not the other and the window labeled emergency exit was painted shut, a safety violation, I’m sure. "The room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast served was more than the typical American breakfast. The staff at the breakfast were amazing and super friendly."

"Thin walls & ceilings, makes for loud neighbors & disturbed sleep. Can’t understand why the bathroom doors are Fort Knox thick & heavy, but walls are hollow & both walls & ceilings are not terribly sound proof."

"Not a place I would likely return to. The bed was uncomfortable, and worn out. The space was small and not good for two people to navigate together. Some of the towels were stained. Shades do not block light well while trying to sleep. The lock on the door appeared to have been broken into, with a poor repair. On the plus side, it is walking distance to the town of Woodstock."

"I was double charged for my room. Staff ignored phone and email requests for a refund. Even Expedia staff had a hard time reaching hotel staff to dispute the charges. The staff that I was able to speak with on the phone was rude. The elevator was out of service and no notification was made prior to my arrival. Overall, not a great experience. It’s definitely not worth the price tag."
