"Incredible room"

"La habitación estaba generalmente limpia pero los sofá estaban con vómito seco y fue muy desagradable !!! También la tina de hidromasaje la agua estaba fría, cuando debería ser hidromasaje caliente… se le dijo a un empleado y dijo que calentaría y no sucedió "

"The rooms are very large. They feel new and nicely designed. The hotel lobby is small. The restaurant is closed so there is no bar.(the pics online feel like there is a lobby with a nice sitting area but that must be from the restaurant). This is basically a nice place to sleep at night. "

"Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very...

"Parking easy, off season so they had no beach passes, ice, continental breakfast. Coffee not ready by 8:00 am when they said it would be."

"We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place "

"I would NOT recommend this hotel. I was charged and never allowed to stay, and they refused to refund my money. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Be careful booking here—they will take your money and not take responsibility. Terrible experience. I booked through Expedia, arrived, and was denied a stay, yet they still kept my money. No proper explanation and no refund. This feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE!"
