"The location of the Hotel is perfect as it is not far from the Trafford Centre and there is a McDonald’s restaurant just across the street😀. I gave the room we stayed in 3 out of 5 stars because there were few issues with it. The mirror in the bathroom had finger marks all over it, bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. Was shocked and disgusted to see a little toilet roll which had been used by the previous occupant had been left on the toilet roll holder for us to use. There were stains...

Kerbside appeal is poor and the entrance appears to be propped up by scaffolding! Disabled access is non-existent and not sure how the hotel managed to meet local authority safety requirements. "Even though I called to say I was late due to flight delays the hotel still closed. Carpets were stained through out, building is old and falling into disrepair. States guest services which emptied bin and gave new towels after asking didn’t replace the mugs or re-supply tea or coffee through my 2 week stay."

"Loved character of the room and the above bedside lamps. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. The shower could do with some maintenance water was hot but hard to adjust temperature. Bed comfy & plenty of towels, thank you."

What was not good was the bathroom: we understand that a shared bathroom depends a lot on the other guests, but the grime on the toilet and in the bath tub was days old. We chose not to shower here this morning because we didn’t feel at ease."
