"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Nice hotel in a very good location. Staff was helpful. Everything was very clean. The bad, the elevator was very slow and only one working. No fridge in the room and spotty WiFi. Still ok overall and would stay here again."

"Hotel was clean throughout, and all staff very friendly & pleasant. Was clear in booking process that there was no bathroom in room. The bathrooms/toilets are very clean, and their are many throughout the building, and at least one close to every room. Breakfast was fine (bacon, eggs, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice, cereal). Around 5minute walk to Paddington station. Excellent budget option for the price."

"No AC and on a very busy corner so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open even if we wanted to. Toilets were extremely difficult to flush, having to hold them multiple times just to get the bowl to work"

"I loved this place! It has style and character. It is renovated very well with excellent colors and theme. I stayed in the two twin bed room with a friend, it was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Loved the coffee station on the second floor. I want to stay again."

"Very friendly staff! Great location too."
