"Beautiful resort but they really need to improve on Customer service . Everyone seems so miserable. Not friendly at all. Starting from check in .. the lady quickly brushed me away and didn’t explain any of the property perks to me . I had to figure out everyone on my own for 5 days . The staff at the pool bar were not friendly at all. I felt uncomfortable even asking for a drink because their demeanor was terrible. No pool side service … best bar was the lobby bar. They were more enthusiastic....

"The owners were very attentive; they accommodated our arrival time and gave us tips about the city—they were very kind. The house was beautiful, and the room was incredibly bright, featuring a terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding nature. The pool was clean, and the outdoor area, was stunning. The only thing that seemed disproportionate to me was the A/C fee—$50 per night struck me as excessive."

"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am. "We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."
