"When I arrived to my room my room was still dirty. I had a chair that had a big stain on it also. I called the front desk and requested for someone to come clean the room. They only sent someone to remove the chair. I cleaned the room myself."

"Overall great experience. For the cost, I’d like to see better toiletries. Also, it would have been nice to know before coming that the hotel has major construction going on. While it didn’t create an awful experience, it was annoying."

The only thing that I would complain about if I had to complain about anything would be the fact that consistently throughout our stay, there was people smoking in their room, which was causing our smoke alarms to go off several times a day and it was very annoying, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault that’s the people that don’t like to listen."

Some restaurants are closed on days so options are limited though food itself was very good. Had problems with air conditioning on the second day of our stay which was fixed relatively quickly and on the 3rd day the whole resort was without water for several hours."

"Everything was nice. Nothing was "phenomenal," but everything was at least 4 out 5 stars. For the price, it was awesome and I'd do it again. If you are a little "snooty," you might not like it. But if you aren't, the place is great. Jamaica, no matter what resort, is so peaceful that it would be VERY hard to ruin your stay. One Love."
