"Expérience malheureusement décevante. L’accueil a été assez désorganisé, avec des chambres encore en attente de nettoyage à 16h. L’hôtel ne disposait pas de climatisation, sans que cela nous soit signalé avant notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable avec la chaleur. Autre point important : l’établissement était présenté comme un 4 étoiles sur le site de réservation, alors qu’il est en réalité classé 3 étoiles depuis un certain temps. C’est un écart important qui influence...

"Nice individual units, small but perfectly adequate. Good selection of food at breakfast, but did not feel relaxed as it was take a tray and collect your food as you go, it may have been due to the large groups present at the time."

"Good choice for a stop in Troyes when travelling through France, short walk to historic city centre with bars and restaurants. Rooms comfortable and well maintained with air conditioning. Parking available nearby for a few euros overnight if none in front of the hotel."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel in a beautiful and lively town. The staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived early and they locked up our bags and gave us a map with recommendations of where to tour and eat. The room was large, beautiful and clean. The restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend"

"Parking was on the street. Self checking can be intimidating for some. Not being welcome by real people is not so nice I think. Other similar hotels had very nice and welcoming staff. "

"Really helpful, we were coming from a cycling event and they found a room to lock our bikes in overnight. I did ask that the bikes have pillows and a blanket because they were very tired :)"

A nice base to explore the surrounding area, or as a stop off to break a journey. Would certainly stay again. Thoroughly recommended."
