The telephone number listed on the booking confirmation is fake, non existent in South Africa. The front desk at the facility said they could not find this booking and I should contact the number on the booking for instructions. This listing should be terminated as soon as possible to save other travelers from being scammed into booking something that do not exist. If you...

"The breakfast was normal standard, the room was too small, small shops nearby. No gym, one has to go to Virginia active to pay money for the gym. It could have been better if the hotel was taking in charge as it is with Protea Ice and Fire"

"When I checked in the room key machine wasn’t working so they had to open the door for me each time I left. They acted like it would be fixed in two hours but then found out the IT person wouldn’t be in until the morning to fix it. They should have told me that when I checked in! Also my room didn’t have working heat. They said it would be fixed in the morning. Breakfast was great. "Really beautiful experience. We stayed in the suites. Your own pool braai and fire pit. Spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms. Lovely kitchen. You can do self catering , or there is a lovely restaurant. "
