"The elevator was out of service upon arrival. Front desk was very helpful. 1st room was dirty had not been cleaned. Was given a clean room staff came upstairs checked things out and switched the room. Apologized for problem. Breakfast was good and hot the next morning. Overall a good experience. "

"I am glad they are renovating they hotel. I hope the bathrooms are re-configured because the current one is awkward. You basically have to step all the way into the bathroom to close the door. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Otherwise, loved the location, front desk was amazing "

"We had a good stay especially since we went to a concert at the BOK center and just walked over. There are very few options for places to eat around the hotel. Breakfast on Sunday was good but was not restocked well on Monday. The hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 am. We got there at 8:00 and there were no eggs or oatmeal toppings."
