"We had a beautiful traditional room with a little step out balcony right above the entrance. This hotel is in the middle of everything! Souvenir shops around you, boumbalini (fried dough for dessert), a sandwich place (basically one of the main shopping areas) but not loud AT ALL. "Absolutely disappointed I am really annoyed on Expedia who misled me by selling a1* hotel for 4* hotel. the hotel could only define its self as 2* but I was sold as 4* specially after spending hours on the phone explaining that I am going with my 2kids I need a good hotel. "Overall our stay has been lovely, the staff can’t do enough to help, all very friendly, definitely deserve their tips. The animation team all work hard to try to encourage everyone to participate both during the day & evening.
