Allocated wrong room 1 night to what i originally had booked # refund given as i was moved to a double on 2 nt# staff extremely accomodating# lots of roadworks in urfa centre at tge moment# breakfast should imprive and also lifhts in bathrooms very dim could prove dangerous

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided us with parking, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Nice hotel in Safranbolu

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and technically 3 days as I got arrived quite late on the first day. I had a wonderful experience! When I got to the hotel the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a balcony room which was amazing as this was my first time solo travelling and having such a great experience definitely makes me want to plan my next trip as soon as!
