"The location to sightseeing is excellent. We can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff are. Front desk provided help numerous times, from dinner suggestions to directions to our restaurant I'd booked 1 hour away by ferry. Nice room and decent breakfast offered in the morning. Would recommend to fellow travelers and would stay here again."

"The staff were all very helpful. The rooms are unique and authentic and very comfortable. The neighborhood is full of restaurants but it can be very loud if it is a popular time for tourists. We all slept fine but had white noise on in our room at night to drown out the noise in the neighborhood."

"While the hotel has many appealing qualities, several details fell short of expectations. Bathroom towels were worn and notably thin, and face towels were not provided. Shampoo was also missing from the bathroom for the first two days of our stay.
Housekeeping lacked consistency, with rooms serviced on two days after 5:00 pm and turndown service offered irregularly.
Despite a refrigerator being available in the gym, it was never stocked with water, and towels were never available....
