"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. "My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry. "

"Overall the resort is good for the price. Food is decent and have lots of variety, staff is very helpful, has good events etc. On the other hand, the property is aging and it shows in the rooms. If you don't mind it then it is a decent choice."

"A FAMILY GUIDE: I you have a couple of kids, no other resort is comparable to Concorde de luxe. I want you to know where you are going to. I have seen lots of resorts in Antalya, but concorde is the only real family friendly resort. there lots of real facilities and diversities (v.s. other resorts' fake kids offers) they are truely engage with making what you want. this is a UALL resort that does not hesisate. they provide high quality food, bevrages and even high quality amusement programs...

One main negative was that we were promised a takeaway breakfast via their WhatsApp service due to a 6am checkout, but on checkout we were told nothing had been organized, which was disappointing as we did technically pay for it."
