Great residential area in Istanbul. Great for walking, shopping and restaurants. Clean and safe hotel. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Would stay again.

Very small out of standard beds that you can fall down when you turn around in the middle of the night. AC wasn’t on (broken)while we were there for a several hours, couldn’t sleep night time because of the noise coming from corridor and other guests rooms , called front desk and even than continued, not very happy at all. No laundry service, need to go outside . Breakfast was somewhat ok, recommend go out to have it. Staff was very helpful but very unprofessional. Another confusion point with this hotel is , there are 2 of them very close by and almost the same name , A11 and A11 exclusive, both of them is not up to my standards anyway. First day of my stay when i saw a long hair in my freshly made bed , it was gross . We had a really bad experience at this hotel overall,

I stayed here for 3 nights and was really disappointed. The room was in need of attention. The toilet looked like it hadn’t seen a toilet brush in a long time, and there was mould around the shower base. There was also an issue with mosquitoes, I’ve had the biggest bites I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting mosquitoes at this time of year, but the room was very warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. The staff weren’t particularly helpful, and breakfast was very minimal. There was no coffee available. Smoking is allowed in the rooms, so as a non-smoker I had no choice but to smell smoke coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant. I didn’t complain at the time as I was only there for a short stay and didn’t have the energy, especially with the language barrier. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Check-in’den check-out’a kötü bir deneyim oldu benim için. Sahip olduğu puana göre seçmiştim oteli. Check-in sırasında zombi resepsiyonistle karşılaştığımda yadırgadım ama çıkıs esnasında diğer resepsiyonisti de gördüğmde muhtemelen yaptıkları işi sevmeyen insanlar olduklarını düşündüğümden bunu kişisel algılamadım. Sabah yetişmem gerekn toplantıya, sıcak su olmadığı ve duş başlığında problem olduğu için geç kaldım. Bir noktada para iadesi için bile harekete geçecektim ancak uğraşmak isyemedim. Belki bana denk geldi ama sistematik bir problem olma olasılığı çok yüksek.

Dünyanın en güzel caddesinde berbat bir konaklam…

Sisteminizde otelde Oda Servisi olduğu yazılıyordu. Ama yokmuş. Ve otelde elektrik kesildi. Ben hayatımda, dünyanın hiçbir yerinde otelde elektrik kesildiğini görmedim. Jeneratörü olmayan otel mi olur? Konaklama tam bir fiyaskoydu. Elektrik olmadığı için erken çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

Asla Tavsiye Etmiyorum.

Otel rezil derecede kötü. Otel olduğundan dahi şüphe ettim. Ortada kedilerin gezdiği, duşların küf içerisinde olduğu, leş gibi sigara koktuğu bir ortam. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
