"I hope that my card don’t charge for that hotel . This is how I was received. Nobody was there at the hotel to receive me. 4 pm on Friday I entered the hotel no one was there like an abandoned house. It was terrible scary. I went to the back to if anyone was there . I saw a lady doing some back yard work. After greeted her 3 times, finally she answered, Mr did you have reservations? I replied yes. "The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"The service was amazing. The employees treat you like family. Special shout out to Omar, Roger, Venessa and William. We will be coming back for sure. The food was delicious and everything we drank was spectacular. Don’t pass on this resort. We stayed 7 days and hated to leave."
