" Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish."

"Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our...

"I had an ocean view from my room, and all of the pools had amazing views. The private Sugar Beach was an extraordinary asset to the overall trip to St. Thomas. In addition, the cost of taxis from the resort to Red Hook was very reasonable, and if using a rental car, the resort is located in an easy-to-access location."
