"Really nice stay"

"Valentina at the front desk was fantastic. She was super welcoming, gave us updates on weather and went above and beyond on answering questions. I had a question earlier in the morning that she did not know the answer to. Most people would have just let it go. Valentina got the answer for me later that morning and sent it to me via Whats App! My dinner bill was $5 incorrect based on their error. They called my room twice and the next morning demanded I pay the $5. I only had USD, so I paid. And then they subsequently added it to the credit card bill as well… I felt their desire to get the $5 was a bit much and really was not worth getting a lower rating for such a small...

"Whatever you do, stay somewhere else. You will hear everything, thin walls, thin doors, thin windows -- road noise, hall noise, etc. There was mold in our shower. There is only a thin glass door between the main room and the toilet - you hear everything. Water temperature of the shower varied depending on what was being used by others. Wi Fi was non-existent in the room, had to go to the main lobby to use it. The place surives by bringing in large tour buses. It was a really miserable...

"Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here."
