"I haven't stayed at Comfort Inn for long, long time (maybe 10 years), and I was pleasantly surprised. The #1 thing that I love that hotels have done in the past 10 years is providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the big bottles attached to the wall. Loved that they have implemented those at Comfort Inn! And it was decent quality too. Breakfast was a little bit better than what you would expect at an economy hotel. They had the waffles, egg item, and sausage (the norm), but...

"I was surprised at the protein options for breakfast, it was a pretty decent continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and quiet, staff friendly, and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud- you may want to check options if you like a firm mattress (my back was not sad about it). "

"Location is great, breakfast big portion, the hair dryer in the room is very old and melted on the tip and the side. I showed the picture to the front desk nonchalant reaction. Other than that it a great place."

"When we walked into the hotel, they had portable air conditioning units in the breakfast area for the duration of our stay. There wasn’t any air conditioning in the hall ways. The pool was not in service due to maintenance, but when we booked the rooms there was no mention of that. Our room was serviced 1 day, but all that was done was they provided clean towels. The toiletries were not replenished. Our bed sheets were not changed and the bed was not made. The elevator was also dirty."

"The first night I killed 3 roaches and have pictures, asked the staff and cleaning lady personally I didn't need housekeeping working 7pm to 7am and didn't want disturbed. Still knocked and woke me up everyday. I would give negative stars if available and would rather sleep under a bridge then go back there."

"If you’re looking for cheap place, this is it. The day shift front desk person was super nice. The night person was kinda rude when I asked about pillows - seems there were none anywhere. They didn’t understand us. The mattress had one side lower than the other and the sheets had holes in them. The water pressure non-existent and it took forever to heat up. The floor did not feel very solid in the shower. We could not find a TV remote. When I turned the TV on manually, it was all static no...
