"Booked for a birthday present. Was nice but we were in the Roman house bit which is a new extension so if you are wanting to stay in the original grand hotel you should probably request as I was surprised to be in a new extension. Also opposite the extension there were significant building works going on and the road could be quite noisy with bikes and car exhausts even on the top floor. "We stayed for one night as a vacation splurge and were greeted warmly by Jessica who met all our needs. We stayed at a Premier View room with a view of Tower Bridge from our bathroom on southern Londob thanks to it being a corner room. Our Expedia Gold gave us either a complimentary breakfast at Ting or room service. We chose the latter and had excellent service to our room. The sauna and pool need to be reserved and are definitely worth it. We made memories for a lifetime and will never forget...

"Parking wasn’t included so I had to pay £50 just for parking on top of the booking for hotel and in the morning 8 am there was a fire alarm was going on two days in raw and room service keep trying to come in when the sign is outside it was just not the experience that I was expecting"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me.
