"It is a great location with a view of the ocean. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. So many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel restaurant, Cyan, had great food for dinner and great service."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...
