"The room was exceptionally well maintained and updated. The staff, well if anyone says anything negative about this particular staff they would be lying, they were the most amazing group of employees we have ever had dealings with. The food was amazing, I am now hooked on Black Pudding, thank you Fonab. We did not get to use the spa or the pool, we were too busy traveling the beautiful Highland countryside. "The whole place looked dented. The room was basic with very tired old furniture.
We had no toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom.
Obviously the staff don’t check the notices near reception. Still a poster advertising Mothers Day 2025 hung up.
In the breakfast area some tables had tablecloths and others didnt"

"Lovely, spacious rooms, environment considered (no silly plastic cups/shower caps). I saw the pool and jacuzzi water being tested twice whilst we were there.
Only thing was that we had to pay for parking, but that was because we booked with a third party. Book with hotel.
Breakfast lovely, maybe a few more pastry/bread choices needed."
