"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Realize that this is the old Imperial Hotel that underwent a massive renovation. That said, they did an excellent job. I did have three minor issues during my stay - the deposit box was not working, the TV did not have a source, and the bathroom lights went dark. But the guest relationship staff was at the top of their game and promptly fixed everything! That made an indelible impression on me. Thank you for a pleasant 4-night stay"

"The staff and our room was great and clean. Was surprised at how busy and packed all the pools and beaches were. We never got to use any amenities due to how busy it was. Luckily we had a rental and went to other beaches."

"I liked that the SPOT was next door . Was a great place to eat and hang out and look at the beach. Don’t like that we got the 2 hours early to check in at 2:00 and still had to wait till after 5 o’clock to get into are room . Only 1 elevator worked so there was a constant wait for it and when you did get on it was crowded. Didn’t help either that the ice machine was broken on my floor and so (I’m on vacation ) not using the stairs to go up and down to another floor to get ices like I had to ....

"Great property, if you know what to expect. Rooms(Elevate) are a bit on the smaller side, but have been updated, not luxury but given the room rates,, you really can't complain. Service at the front desk was friendly and very willing to take note of service requests, they were accommodating and quick and it was mich appreciated, especially late at night. .
