"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Had a cleaning lady in our room the day we arrived and she texted on her phone with her head down and finger up at us for us to wait in the hallway. Very awkward and strange. The stay wasn’t terrible but there are definitely better options on the strip. There were also crack heads on the property having wild conversations with themselves right by the door of the hotel at night."

"The property was amazing and much larger than I thought. The room itself was lovely but the bathroom smelled of mildew and I could hear the upstairs party more than I would have liked. I was able to communicate with the host through text and they were available 27/4. The party upstairs was being quite loud on their balcony one night and I texted about it and the property enforced quiet hours by sending security to ensure the upstairs party was being more mindful. There are 3 restaurants on site...

"We recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations and overall had a good experience. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. While the resort itself was nice, it was farther from the center of the Las Vegas Strip than we expected, making it less convenient to walk to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues. "The room was very clean and had a nice view of part of the falls. I especially loved the jet tub overlooking the falls, it was a great way to relax. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The only minor downside was that it took a while for the room to reach a cooler temperature after we arrived. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay."
