Really big and spotlessly clean room. Breakfast was ok, not the biggest selection but adequate.

Really loved this hotel! The people are charming and any language barriers easily overcome with reception’s smart phone. Lovely, quiet and spacious room with high ceilings, spotlessly clean and to top it all the best breakfasts we had in Uzbekistan- fresh fruit, different sweet and savoury pastries each day, eggs cooked to order and fresh bread with gorgeous jam, particularly the apricot! The ark is just round the corner, and from there it’s a very pleasant stroll to all the wonderful sights...

Helpful and attentive staff. Decent breakfast included and nice coffee. The area is very quiet, although the mini fridge in the room is quite loud (but easy to unplug).

Comfortable and cool room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. The room didn't have a fridge, but apart from that it was great.

Clean room, close walking distance to main square.

This was a business trip for 6 nights. We chose the hotel because it was close to the office we were working in - but I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Tashkent. Taxi-drivers knew it from its old name (Dedeman). Rooms were clean, warm. Larger rooms are available, but the sixe was more than adequate. Buffet breakfast was excellent - except that hot food on display did not have heaters to keep food hot, and depending on the time one went to breakfast, the scrambled eggs etc. were no...

The manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving local information and advice on transport. A good breakfast was included. The decor was a bit tired and the bathroom needed to be modernised but overall good value and a pleasant place to stay.
