"This Bukhara hotel is a converted old house, very charming. The location is excellent, on the edge of the old city, within walking distance of attractions. Bukhara's midday heat is intense, so returning to the hotel for a few hours to rest is essential. There's an ATM and a grocery store next to the hotel. The hotel staff speaks English, which is very helpful. Bukhara is a small city, and it's not far from the hotel to the train station by taxi. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a pre-prepared set...

"The hotel is under new management. They did not receive my payment through hotel.com, and I had to pay in cash a second time. The hotel.com staff refused to refund my payment because they could not reach the hotel by phone. This is very strange. "

"We were told the hotel is rated #2 in town, but it didn’t feel like it. Outside of old city, but walkable distance- about 10 min walk.
I would rather stay inside the old town If we go next time.
Also, mattresses are just too too hard !
Otherwise lovely stay - clean, safe and extremely friendly."
