"Staff was very friendly and were able to check in earlier as our room was ready. Room was clean and had portable AC units, which were very convenient during the hot weather. Good location with shops, restaurants and a metro station nearby. "

"The check in process is a nightmare and we were unable to reach a service staff member to help us get checked in. We did not get to stay in the apartment and the worst experience ever. No help, left out on the side of the street for hours. Eventually had to make other arrangements. The support team did not exist and Expedia is investigating."

"Very Clean room with all updated amenities. Love all interior furniture and items. Very spacious for a family of 4. AC is working very well for hot weather.
Only thing is that they don’t clean for whole stay. It is like a Airbnb, not a hotel. However, staffs are very kind and offered water bottles when we ask.
The location is near Westfield and metro but it is very crowded every night. Good thing that we didn’t get bothered from noise with secured windows. I highly recommend to stay here if...

"3rd floor studio no elevator. Be aware of that if you have good size luggage. No place to put them So the floor was used. Clean & modern studio. The bathroom could use shelves to place our products. The sink is extremely small. There’s no reception desk at this hotel."
